Pros

Highly skilled colleagues, free access to Symfony Live Paris and Symfony Con. The R&D branch (blackfire) is full of rock stars, working on innovative solutions with exciting challenges.

Cons

Negative atmosphere, Terror and Blame based management, unrewarded hard work, CEO shut from the employees. Advertised as the creator of Symfony and as a Software Editor, the company turned out to be a regular web agency (except for the hand-picked ones by the CEO that will go to the R&D branch).

Pros

Good product. So much so that's it's almost ahead of it's time

Cons

Complete disorganization among the company. Alarming lack of leadership starting at the top and throughout. This includes communication from management to employees. Stuck in the start-up mentality with no signs of taking the next steps. Decisions are made without forward thinking or proper execution.

Pros

- Fruits each week. - Ping-Pong after lunch. - Nice people in the developers' side, and in the HR.

Cons

So many... Here I go. - Managers can be disrespectful humanly speaking. - The sales department has the worst reputation a department can ever have. - Lack of recognition of one's effort. - Discrimination. - Unexciting "startup spirit". - No team-building. - Unfair Managers. - No room for individual initiatives. - No Work/Life balance at all. - The company isn't located in Paris. - The location isn't safe. - Rivalry between Managers.
