      Pros

      I am lucky to have a work schedule from 6:00am - 3:30pm. Does not have to go through rush hours. The people/teammates are good and friendly. The work itself is not that exhausting.

      Cons

      Delayed 13-month pay. Does not remit the government benefits regularly. No incentives. No medical benefits. Does not recognize the excellent performance of employees. No team building. So many to mention.

      None, management don't care about their emoloyees.

      Cons

      They didn't pay the contribution fo government mandated benefits. They didn't paid pur salary that was hundred thousand plus.
