      Working on some really interesting technology. Focus on customer satisfaction Strong team ethic - everyone supporting each other.

      Cons

      Lots of challenges - you can't take it easy. Small company so you have pitch in and not always doing your original role.

      I learned a lot at a smaller company because I had to do many different tasks. The people were also very nice.

      Cons

      Managment was hard to reach out to sometimes.
