Pros
SeisWare provides a great working environment and promotes a healthy company culture. Has great work-life balance. Executives and managers are very approachable and make the time to get to know every employee.
Cons
Salary is on the low end of things. Since it's a small company it doesn't have the opportunities for career growth within the company like a larger company would have.
