Pros
Insurance is a great gig if you have the money to put into it. $300/week minimum on leads. Get direct mail, not used leads. Follow the system if you are without experience. If you have experience, trust your gut and you will be successful.
Cons
If you don't have money to invest, think about another opportunity. Many people think they can just get started with a license and a few leads. It is very very difficult. This is the key to keep in mind.
