They have compounded their non-compliance issues with violations of the Service Contract Act, Executive Order 13495, Employee Retirement Income Securities Act, Pension Protection Act, Wrongful Termination with the Texas Workforce Commission, several Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) charges, and issue non-compliant low quality/high risk equipment to it's officers for duty.
