Employees are frequently shifted from one task or process to another without adequate communication or training, which creates a disorganized and often demoralizing work environment. The HR and holiday systems also reflect inconsistency and, at times, a bias toward certain religious observances, which can make others feel excluded or undervalued. The lack of a supportive HR structure made it particularly difficult for me during a time when I was struggling with mental health and self-esteem. There was no clear support system or acknowledgment of employee well-being. In summary, while the company may have ambitious goals in terms of growth and revenue, it is important that equal emphasis is placed on creating a clear, inclusive, and supportive work culture. Transparent role definitions, structured processes, and an empathetic approach to employee welfare would go a long way in improving the organization from the inside out.
