    Pros

They usually have multiple shift options available and are able to work with you if you need to switch your days or have one off. PTO and VTO almost always available, unless it’s during the busy seasons (summer, Black Friday, Christmas, etc. Times when there’s sales or seasonal purchasing for lawn equipment) Almost always options for overtime available It’s very hard to get fired for attendance issues. You get so many hours you can miss before they take action. This is great if you’re tardy or have an emergency and need to leave early for whatever reason. Don’t abuse this privilege, but understand it’s there to accommodate you if PTO and VTO is unavailable.

    Cons

They do have bonuses and incentives you can earn through meeting certain metrics or lottery drawings, but the pay is lower than most of their competitors. No opportunities to work from home. This was a reason I left. I got sick from COVID 19 and really needed to be able to work from home to continue being there, but there was no opportunity, even after they did a trial run with some senior employees.
