      Pros

      - always fostering learning and motivating employees to expand knowledge base - encourages courses and seminars within team - welcoming team culture - great extended health care benefits - good end of year bonus (you got to put in the honest work ) - reporting management looks out for the team

      Cons

      - unpredictable workload, some days are super hectic , some days slow. Can lose work life balance at times if not careful

        Pros

        Soctia Mcleod was a good investment banking firm with solid reputation with clients.

        Cons

        While technology lacked and focus on small clients lacked, the overall approach I took in a detailed focus on my clients worked very well.
