Pros
Stipend received on a per article basis. No pressure for meeting deadlines. Friendly management and team members. Can write as many articles as you want and will receive timely payment, or may not write any article but no payment as a consequence.
Cons
Too open minded. Interns join and leave at their own will. Not really a con, but writing here 'cause Glassdoor makes it compulsory.
