    Pros

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company has a strong vision for where they are going, and they communicate this effectively.

    Cons

Field Services sees a lot of the mistakes made from the factory and engineering, but it is skewed since that is what the job focuses on. The overall errors are much smaller than it appears.
