+ you can basically work anywhere + payroll is responsive to your inquiries/concerns + HR would check on you to ask any suggestions/improvements/feedback to your client + great basic pay + no micro management + additional OT pay
Cons
+ should revise the basic pay and review employee allowance + good basic pay but tax will kill you + equipment is provided but sloppy (hope they can provide latest model) + little to no growth in your career (maybe depends on your client)
