Pros
Good for people who are good with buttering higher management. Management leaves no stone unturned to embarass you for no reasons. Managers are not good for either technical or managing resources.
Cons
no work life balance. i worked for 12 hours many times and to achieve targets but still the recognition went to people who did not deserve it.
