      Pros

      Colleagues are humble, generous and down to earth. There is pride in striving for solid work. Good benefits for employees. Stellar world quality products, some in the market for decades, with amazing benefits for patients' quality of life.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, with constant changes in processes, it's easy to get lost in processes. Difficult for employees to move past middle management, I have the feeling who you know is more important that your performance, drive and potential.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
