      Pros

      Good people. Heavily discounted stock pricing (with a cap) is a nice benefit.

      Cons

      Such a large company so a lot of tape. Not great health benefits. Based in France and not as much investment in US as would like to see.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
