      Good management. One of the best G.M, Manager, I have ever worked with. Freshers can learn lot of new things which helps to grow in their career. Top notch training provided by company.

      Cons

      Target pressure but ones you get used to it. You won't feel much.

      None that I think of.

      Toxicity towards new comers and trying to bring eachother down and by means of politics, i came into maruti Suzuki thinking it would best opportunity to learn and grow about automotive sector but here it's all about rat race, not even guiding someone new to learn the process and SRM has no team management rather I get silenced by means of manipulation and politics.
