Pros
Good pay. GREAT benefits. A company that has a financially secure future. It's a SYSCO company, so it's financially sound. Fully funded pension -- very rare these days.
Cons
High stress environment. While employees are treated fairly, if you cannot be successful at your job, then you will end of not working there. Also, the hours worked are difficult.
