Money, I don't know another warehouse that pays like this company does. You get paid hourly plus incentive. If your a beast you can earn over 30 per hour. Also you get 3 days off a week.
Cons
Management is a revolving door. Seldom they promote within the company. As far as incentive plans you can break your back working your tail off to lose all the money you worked for that week over a error that could possibly not be yours
