Toxic culture with constant micromanagement, forced unpaid log-offs, denied PTO, and no paid holidays. Employees must buy their own equipment, and surveillance is excessive. Management praises performance, then threatens termination over minor issues and admits they “speak to all employees this way.” HR was unprofessional during my resignation, and staff were required to watch the presidential inauguration during an unpaid lunch. High turnover reflects the environment.
