      Pros

      Working on innovative software with a chance to change maritime training. Company climate that fosters innovation and r&d, adoption of new technologies etc. Good cooperation with other dpts, good salary and some benefits.

      Cons

      Other team members started as juniors, adoption is not always fast or easy and you get a larger workload. However management helps with new hires.

      Nice office space, pays on time

      Cons

      Family run so senior employees are not part of decision making Does not invest in people or tools ( no raises, low salaries, no budget for training on tools, for example no pm tools for project managers just excel) Minimal chances to learn or evolve Old school owner with old views and ideas (offensive language used and misogynist views)
