Pros
The middle management in Barcelona is good. Even top managers are very well prepare to support you with all the client's issues that can appear. I don't know anything about CEO or General manager of Barceleona. The developers are smart and educated... So it was a very nice environment
Cons
The salary level You can't change easily the project or the client A lot of changes for the ways of working Nepotism Clients.... Hahahaha
