      None, all the things that were positive left with the old CEO/VPs/Employees

      Cons

      - Work life balance - Low pay - Incompetent leadership - Not diverse - Board members are robots - CEO is obsolete - Marketing is garbage - Show is the same recycled BS with a different year attached to it. - You have to be the right color to progress in this company or butt buddies with the CEO and talk about Datsuns. - no one likes the tuna at sema.

      Get to be around great things if you love cars and trucks, working the show is a fun experience.

      Cons

      The direction of the company seems to change greatly every time the board changes, no focused direction
