Pros

flexible schedule, remote working, good co-workers

Cons

compensation significantly below market , minimal pay increases (not even cost of living - around 1.5% on average), favoritism/promotions for unqualified and in many cases incompetent employees, lofty positions created for employees who lack leadership or effective management skills. Overwork and under appreciate the employees who actually do the work; expected to work in nights, weekends, holidays well in excess of 20 - 30+ hours each week on top of the 40 hours spent in meetings. Philosophy: "do more with less and be happy to have a job" & "everyone is replaceable"

Cons

Toxic environment Unreasonable, unsustainable workload Poor to no training Poor communication-senior leadership needs everything urgently due to poor planning. No thank you when you work after hours to meet their demands Expect you to work 10-12 hours work days and weekends.
