      Pros

      Great marketing principles I will take from job that were valuable.

      Cons

      Don’t have a family emergency, don’t get sick, don’t have a social life outside of work. It’s trained into your heads that the company comes first. I had something that happened to me and instead of them being a human being all they cared about was their sales and making sure I still went to work. That’s when I decided I couldn’t work for a company that was so detached from the well-being of their employee.

      SCM Innovations is a great company to work for, hands down. There is constantly room to grow. SCM Innovations is a growing company, with great management staff. Showing dedication, respecting the company values and working hard, you will exceed and advance rapidly within the company.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and sometimes it can be stressful. Just keeping a positive attitude makes it easier.
