Pros

You will really enjoy working in any company after working in SCA technologies

Cons

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE Manager and CEO treats all employee as slaves. Only join this company if you don't have  family and you are dying without job and you don't have any other option. They think as they are giving u salary so they have rights to say anything to you and you will be simply asked to work day and night and finish your task anyhow if you can't then exit door are always open for you  CEO organised weekly meeting on Friday and will abuse you and your team for not completing your project on time. You need to develop software without requirements/specification just on the basis some stupid idea given by CEO on weekly meetings you will need to develop a fully functional highly configured software and you will be humiliated if you didn't meet the customers satisfaction As no process is followes in company nobody knows what to do B.A. need to think about coding and technical challenges developer need to understand complete business domain so they develop software without B.A.'s help  Q.A. team always get 2 days(Saturday + Sunday) time to complete their complete testing  And I.T. team needs to work as DevOps  Even h.r. team needs to work day and night as employee turnover rates is very high.

Pros

- I am new to the supply chain domain/software industry, and I am very impressed how much time folks at all levels of the organization will spend sharing their point of view and industry knowledge. - One is not confined to contribute to only item or topics that are specific to their job responsibilities; there are many opportunities to collaborate cross functionally. - There is a good degree of flexibility provided to attend to things that happen outside of work without it being a "free- for- all". - The company is really committed to improving the culture of accountability in both the US and India office. They have invested in some training and are encouraging folks at all levels of the organization to concentrate on asking for giving feedback. - It is a pretty flat organization – not a lot of hierarchy getting in the way of progress which is refreshing. - Not a culture of micro-managing - Looking forward to being part of something big. Everyone on the team understands the vision and the goals.

Cons

- Because there is a lot of collaboration between India and US, it is critical that employees are flexible as it relates to occasionally working out of their “normal” schedule to get meetings accomplished. - Meetings tend to run long and folks not always buttoned up about accepting and appropriately changing meeting notices. - Paid Time Off is not as generous as some companies I have been with.
