Great talented people in the trenches who LOVE the company! Many want to do amazing work but are being held back by ineffective management
Cons
Politics are petty and ridiculous as VPs jockey for favor from Dr Goodnight which massively impacts average employees. Micro management is the worst I've ever seen. Herding turtles regarding the employees who have been here 25+ yrs and there are a lot of them. Pay is below average. 35 hour work week is a myth, not that there isn't the opportunity for it, just that management says they need everyone in the office and available for 40+ hrs per week. Flexible work arrangements are a myth. Summary: be at the office so everyone can talk to you if they *might* need to. Regardless of technology being able to provide that bridge. And the veterans are not fans of newbies who want to do rock star work.
