Company has the worst system it’s like they’re stuck in the 80s. Not very productive and leadership micromanage making the work unbearable. A warning to anyone wanting to join the company, training is very passive aggressive and they’re not open to your ideas. Very stuck in their ways. It’s clear it’s not a company you can grow at all.Very strange leadership. No company culture as well.
