Believe all the negative reviews, run!!! Absolutely do not work here! I couldn't of written the previous reviews better myself. First, to be clear, this review is entirely about upper management and the company processes as a whole. The other employees who work here are extremely nice and helpful.
One, there is absolutely no training in place for the actual job your supposed to do, "shadowing" and a handbook is all you get. You are expected to know everything after a few weeks without being given adequate time to actually learn the job. You are completely micromanaged and given no positive or constructive feedback. Instead questions are met with attitude and snarky comments. It is indeed a cliquey environment. Upper management will whisper and gossip like a high school girl making it extremely obvious they are talking about you.
Their business model is completely outdated, there are no clear processes in place. Instead of focusing on your actual job your answering emails and putting fires out all day long. They do not set clear expectations, which sets employees up for failure. There was never any official performance review or discussion first, instead you are ambushed with HR before ever even having a conversation with management. Completely unprofessional!!
