Pros
Quick advancements in pay based on performance. Hours and schedule is negotiable and simply requires a couple of weeks notice. Meals are served every evening. Very fun and open work ambient.
Cons
Employees have little control over client assignment. The workplace could have more divisions to prevent wasted time. Sometimes the office can be messy.
