Chaotic -Daily The owner has no idea what his team actually does each day and set very unrealistic deadlines Absolutely everything was extremely last minute, they expected you to jump through hoops without giving legitimate reason to do so You come into work daily wondering when you will get fired. None of the employees are there to help one another, everyone is fending for themselves including the top-level management (minus the head of sales, he was compassionate and very kind). A lot of cliques within the office and some serious workplace bullying that management WITNESSED and did NOTHING about. Did not utilize their employees' talents whatsoever but when they tried, they abused those employees Most employees were there and hardly got the job done, the hardworking employees were severely taken advantage of. Top-level management does NOT know how to lead and would not be people I would turn to as mentors.
