Pros

-Competitive product -Remote work environment

Cons

The SDR role has a job description and comp plan making it look like you’re closing deals. After starting, my job was limited to only setting up meetings. I was immediately fired after confronting the CEO about this. This was the worst bait and switch experience I’ve had in my sales career. The company already has a several people managing deals, so they are not looking to promote or invest in your career. Further, the sales team they have in place has no sales methodology (they just wing it on demo calls and their closing rates are suffering because of it).

Pros

Gabe is a great person to work for because he is very honest, trustworthy, and always has our backs. The team is comprised of hard-working, scrappy individuals from all kinds of backgrounds that are a pleasure to work beside. There are new challenges almost every day that must be tackled head on, even with little to no experience or assistance. Although daunting at first, it can be extremely rewarding, both from a career and a personal achievement standpoint.

Cons

Since the team is on the smaller side, there isn't much hand holding or teaching. Almost everything you learn you will have taught yourself. Things can tend to get hectic at times but this is the nature of a startup.
