Pros

Everyone here is nice and easy to work with . Great team players that have been here for years! We get breakfast Every Friday which i don't know of many companies that do that ,. They work with all needs you have and they try to keep it light and fun and will support you as you are learning.

Cons

You do need to know how to multi task , we do a little bit of everything but as long as you have a good attitude you will love to work here.

Pros

The Rudy Project products are timeless, well designed and very high quality. Having the flexibility to work in a smaller office. Location proximity to City Park

Cons

If you're looking for somewhere to stay long time and develop as a professional this would not be the place for you. Be prepared for long, overworked hours and poor company leadership. This company thrives on young talent. Be prepared to be treated poorly, no HR support to reprimand colleagues for wrong doing and an overall negative environment. Lastly, the Denver office is a complete eye sore. It's destroyed, disgusting, has terrible structural issues, a partially working A/C and a heater that works when it wants to. It's so embarrassing when athletes walk in to check out gear... you can tell they weren't expecting anything this bad. Because C Level bonus structure is based on operational savings, the low rent in an extremely poor, uninviting, run-down office justifies their ability to go on trips with their families in exotic places.
