We work really well together in my department and I feel supported and heard.

Nothing bad to say at all

If you are in need of some experience, Roots will give you that. Matter of fact, it will make sure you get to experience doing 4 different roles on top of your own (so you could put that on your resume after). You make each role your own, and by that I mean you don't get trained so you kind of have no choice.

The organization itself means well with it's mission but middle management (with support from some upper management) prioritizes their egos over supporting their staff. With so little procedures in place, there is lots of room to grow and learn from each other but management tends to take feedback as threats. There is a particular lack of professionalism due to management taking the smallest things personally and pushing people they do not like out.
