Terrible management! - Customer Success Rolebot Employee Review

CEO and Heads are not doing a good job, you work by fear! Either you are friends with them or you will lose your job immediately. Classist at maximum (Colombia Head) They offered me something and lay off for a few months without warning. The contract is a joke, there is no official one. CEO should profile better and hire new heads if he wants this to work. Not the only ones they fired, they have this constant. Sadly for me, i was not aware of this before i accepted a job there.
