    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The coworkers are good and a few managers

    Cons

There is no development of people, just looking at the numbers. I have been there a long time and they used to care. We used to get coached, they even won coaching awards. Now they give us a few min of their time to tell us what we are doing wrong.

    Advice to Management

Take more time with us, bribing us once in a while with treats doesn't make us forget you dont have time for developing us and making us better. Even possibly pretend that you care about us more than the numbers, that would make it a better place to be every day.

I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Lots of people willing to help and mentor if needed. The company gives great advantages and offers a great selection of trainings that can help with many career paths.

    Cons

Can be hard to grow within the company if you don’t know the right people. Personal preferences came into play while I was there and some people never got the opportunities they were looking for unless they took different paths. Coaching to the numbers and not to the behaviour...

    Advice to Management

Hiring process needs some work, hiring you school friend who has poor management skills over those that have been there doing their best does not help your engagement surveys.
