      Pros

      Great team based business and they have the right people in the right places.

      Cons

      They don't have yearly reviews or raises to help deal with inflation. If you want to make more you have to get more cars through the shop but we are maxed out for space for cars and technicians. Most of our equipment is outdated and breaks down frequently.

      Pros

      Most coworkers and some leadership are extremely nice to work with. Shop environment is pretty fluid considering the rate of flow. Hours are standard compared to other shops. Pay incentive when exceeding standard flat rate hours. Assigned bays, no moving your toolbox all day.

      Cons

      Base pay/Pay scale was not able provide more incentive than the experience gained. Some leadership cliques made it difficult to resolve work related issues. Plans for career training were inconsistent.
