Technician job - Sterile Processing Technician Riverside Medical Clinic Employee Review

I have a good work environment in my area. Very kind and nice co workers. I haven’t worked here long enough to know if they give regular raises.

One supervisor who fails to fix issues or address things. Currently the clinic is short one supervisor which doesn’t help. Lack of communication or updates. It takes a long time to get time off approved. IT staff are very rude. I’ve never had to deal with IT help desk that treats you so poorly. I would be written up if I talked to patients the way IT speaks to staff members (Don D.) Health premium currently over $500 a month for enrolled family.

The physicians I know are great

Low pay, double, even triple the workload with no pay increase. Lack of management communication in some departments. Understaffed constantly unfortunately
