low pay and heavy workload - (Prefer Not to Say) Riverside Medical Clinic Employee Review

I have a good work environment in my area. Very kind and nice co workers. I haven’t worked here long enough to know if they give regular raises.

One supervisor who fails to fix issues or address things. Currently the clinic is short one supervisor which doesn’t help. Lack of communication or updates. It takes a long time to get time off approved. IT staff are very rude. I’ve never had to deal with IT help desk that treats you so poorly. I would be written up if I talked to patients the way IT speaks to staff members (Don D.) Health premium currently over $500 a month for enrolled family.

Hours are steady. Place is only open from 9 to 5pm.

Not a set schedule. Have to see how many cases are scheduled on a daily basis to see what your schedule will be. Late communication from management for changes.
