Management is excellent. They leave space to do the work, interruptions are minimal, and meetings are rare. Rivalry should provide management training for other companies to follow. Coworkers are respectful, intelligent and helpful.

I honestly can't think of any so I will say that the pay, while in line with the industry, could be a little better. Money, for me, isn't everything. Culture and how employees are treated are much higher on my list.

There is a complete over reliance on slack and other channels for communicating important news/information which sometimes feels cold.
