Pros
Very easy work. Managers are easy to deal with and fair. Not very physical or labor intensive. Employee discount. Not a lot of corporate interference.
Cons
They pay system is based on the amount of hours you work and if you don not get a lot of hours raises don't come often. When they do, they are small.
