No management or support, left to fend for yourself - no check ins with new hires Toxic culture where you will be scapegoated and blamed for managements inadequacies No professional development - even though they are selling a learning and development platform No flexibility - will have to take annual leave to go to a dentist appointment etc Saturated market where product updates having been 'coming' for the last year, even if its on the website, it wont be live in the product low conversion rate of opps to deals Product/market fit is low - quotas are based off (seemingly made up on the spot) senior french team where they are a much bigger player in the space Weird teacher/student atmosphere in office with management and lack of human empathy
