Pros

From the very start, RiderFlex was on top of everything. They were thorough in their explanation of the role they were filling as well as the company and hiring manager. More importantly, they cared about you as a person in the job market.

Cons

They put other recruiters to shame, which is obviously a con for everyone else, not RiderFlex.

Pros

Freedom to do what we do best as professional contract recruiters. Leadership support. Leadership always has the team in mind as they grow the business. Consultants are treated with respect. Consultants are given the tools to succeed. Riderflex feels like a family anyone would be lucky to be a part of.

Cons

The cons have to do with normal up and downs of contract recruiting.

Pros

Riderflex has been one of the best working experiences I've ever had. I joined the business after exiting a pretty toxic work environment and the leaders and team members were very helpful and made me feel like part of the "family" almost instantly. There is a culture of positive reinforcement and open communication that makes it feel like a real team environment even though everyone is remote. You are given all the tools to do your job and the leaders in the organization trust you to make the right decisions and ask for help if you need it. Steve and Scott obviously care very much about the success of the organization, and, therefore, are very supportive of the team members. Also, to put it bluntly, your share of the earned fees here is greater than any other firm that I have seen.

Cons

Riderflex is in a heavy growth phase. There are often very heavy workloads. Also, the administrative side of the work can be tedious (but that is really the same no matter where you work).
