Pros

Hard work and loyalty going a long way at this company. If you're looking to just coast, you should probably look elsewhere. BUT, if you're a worker, do your job (like any adult should), show up, and are engaged, you will be noticed and rewarded by upper mgmt. I have received tough love when I needed it and it's all for the greater good for my department, and for the company. I'm really happy to have had the opportunity to work for The Rian Group. I've learned a ton about the real estate industry and about leadership. If you're ready for a challenge, apply!!

Cons

I'd say people would think expectations are a con, but it's a business. If you do not produce, you probably won't last that long. They do offer ongoing education and training, though. I appreciate how they put blood, sweat, and tears into every individual, but sometimes, sales, real estate, or transactions just isn't for everybody.

Pros

So many skills learned here. I’m able to share those now with other sales associates.

Cons

None really. It was up to you to work hard if you wanted to make money.

Pros

There are a few pros to working here, but they definitely don't outweigh the cons. Free coffee and parking. Hour long lunches and you always get your 2 paid breaks.

Cons

This position (Inside Sales Agent) consists of calling people trying to sell their homes all day. Most of the time no one answers, and if they do they're upset the company won't stop calling. While on the phone you're encouraged (and taught during training) to lie to the home owner, and say anything you can to set an appointment. During interviews and training you're told you can make up to 40 dollars an hour, but we never make more than 12. You don't get sick days, paid vacation or any benefits... don't waste your time here, you'll get paid more and get more benefits working fast food. The turnover rate here is so high that they're constantly hiring, and doing training classes every week. If you are considering coming in for an interview or accepting a job here, make sure to do your research on the company, and the CEO Aaron Rian. His last company was shut down do to scamming people millions of dollars
