Best part to work at Rheal 1. Time Flexibility. (In time and out time doest not matters, only thing is cover 40 In Hrs and 45 Total Hrs weekly) 2. Increment of Rs 2000, In every 4 Months. If you are extra ordinary in work then increment period is 3 Month. (Normally Win Form developers have increment in 3 Month ) 3. NO FORMALS, NO DRESS CODE. 4. No work overload. Rarely there are chances to sit late night (like 9-10pm)
Cons
1. Does not goes hand-in-hand with latest Techology. 2. No documentation. 3. Least chances of diving deep into any RND or new concept.

I have worked with Rheal software for more than 2.5 years. Got an opportunity to work with various latest technology. It is a good platform for freshers and 1-3 years of experience candidates.
Cons
When I was there they had some kind of oral commitment for 2 years. No HR in the office.
