    I worked at Rexall for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Up and down the line I find Rexall managers and executives to be earnest, very helpful, and professional.

    Cons

    There were a couple of little snafus in accounts payable, but nothing unresolvable.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the professionalism.

    Complete independence to do your day to day. Staff excellent

    Immense pressure to complete medication reviews even if they are not necessary. Poor management

    I have been working at Rexall part-time

    Pros

    The only thing that is good is some employees, the employee discount and their charity foundation.

    Cons

    Terrible management, bad work-to-life schedule, very disorganized with scheduling (you have to go to the store to look at the shifts)

    Advice to Management

    I would work on what we can do to make this stores successful for not just the customers, but for the staff members. Also, have jobs like, Cashier, Merchandiser, Keyholder. It'll make the job much easier for people like me who are doing two things at once, they gave me anxiety. Head office needs to listen to us and I don't even think so one bit! Like, they don't even care. It needs to change.
