Pros
High growth company with super talented people and challenging projects to implement. Startup mindset, but already a corporation with clear processes being established.
Cons
Demanding projects require full engagement and longer working hours. Def not a 9to5 job, at least in your head.

Cons
- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
