Pros
I've worked at a lot of places. Some have been good places to work and some of them have been toxic environments. RevUnit has been a great experience so far. I work with people I not only like, but respect. I also see the values the company talks about like "Do What's Right," "Be Fearless," and "I've Got Your Back, You've Got Mine" actually being lived into. That's been rare for me both in the corporate and agency jobs I've had so far. The team is pretty young, but leadership responds to the changing market and the needs of the people in the company. I'm more confident working here that we are on the right trajectory as a company.
Cons
There is a lot of change and we are always running hard and fast. It's the reason I love working here (lots of personal growth opportunities) but it also makes it challenging. The pace the company is moving is really fast and that means running full speed to stay in pace.
