Poor Administrative Supervision - Bindery ResourceOne Employee Review

Job description and what was actually expected was WAYYY off from eachother. Hours stated that I would be working were not what was actually expected. No respect from supervisors or willingness to work with any employee including me who decided they did not want to or they couldn't physically perform the actual duties not included before upon hire Administration over this dept. had an attitude right off if he received a complaint from our supervisor, and told me and other staff at times if we couldn't do the job we didn't need to be there or transferred to another area and job duty outside of this room.
