      Pros

      Fun co workers that is literally it, we would all share the misery together

      Cons

      President is a walking H.R. violation let me quote "we only hire attractive people" The company has like 4 total recruiters it is a complete joke. The Account Managers are so out of touch with what is going on they just sit at home and expect the recruiters to dang near everything for them. The office is awful and old. The upper management does hold hold you accountable but the goals they set are ridiculous and you are scared to death if you do not hit your goals. Also they pay you nothing (40K a year), all the commission goes to the account managers and company.

      Pros

      The company has done very well despite the economy and did not have layoffs while almost all companies did during this time. A clear career path with room for promotion.

      Cons

      Requires hard work and a good attitude to do well here. Hard to do sometimes when you work in the people business.

      Pros

      Professional adults, great team you can depend on, many employees have a long tenure like myself. We are happy here, every day is different. Plenty of flexibility and work - life balance

      Cons

      Sometimes things don't work out with candidates or they're hard to get in touch with. Clients can be demanding but that's any industry.
