Pros
Lots of hours if you have a five day route and if your truck is running unfortunately their trucks are unreliable and this week I only worked one day because they had no running truck available for me to drive.
Cons
If they don't have a running truck for you then you go home with no pay. They didn't tell me that I was being hired for a three day route. Ask before you take the job and be sure you are getting a five day route. Constant equipment failures. This week I only worked one day because they had no running trucks. Favoritism. If the supervisors favorite driver's truck breaks down he will give him your truck. If they have something for you to do you might make a couple of hours but usually they will send you home without pay.
